(Note: we take 3 – 5 business days to process orders, which should allow you just enough time to cancel that one order because you got the wrong size. We know, we’ve been there.) 

We’re working super hard behind the scenes to process and ship your orders as soon as they come in! Your tracking number will become available once we ship your order.

One more very important piece of information. You may see on the site that something is available. We however can not guarantee the availability of any product.  We reserve the right, without prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products and/or to cancel any order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our processing time is 3-5 business working days which should allow you just enough time to cancel that one order because you got the wrong size. We know, we’ve been there. (Note, this doesn’t mean your item will be shipping within this timeframe. please consider this along with the shipping times)

Here are Oughnuts we use Royal Mail to ship our items within the UK. Items shipped within the UK have a flat-rate of £3.99.

RETURNS

Can I return or exchange an item?

Items that are bought at full price are eligible for a full refund or store credit 7 days after your package has been delivered to you. Items must be returned in the packaging they come in. All sale items are FINAL.

To return an item, please use the form to your right ➡️ (or below if you’re on mobile. idk?) selecting ‘Returns & Exchanges’ in the drop-down menu. (I CAN’T STRESS THIS ENOUGH, PLEASE PLACE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN THE REQUIRED SECTION ON THE CONTACT FORM. IF YOU DON’T, WE WILL NOT PROCESS YOUR EMAIL). Once we’ve received your request and we approve it from our side, we will send you the address to ship the items to so your item can be processed. 

(note: the shipping address may change at any time, please be sure to always send us a message and have us approve the refund before sending any items back).

All items you want to return must be sent back within 7 (yes seven) days of you receiving your package. Returned items must be in new condition and not worn nor washed. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice that the item came with along with the order number and request action.

Can I return or exchange an incorrect or damaged item?
Here at Oughnuts we’re prone to making a few mistakes here and there. If we’ve messed up. the return shipping cost will be refunded back to you. (note: we will only refund to the total amount charged to the customer when the order was placed).

When processing the refund, we will credit the account in which you placed the order with.

Can I cancel an order?
Sometimes you’ve ordered something, you thought it was amazing, the fear of missing out was that much, that you missclicked and ended up getting the wrong size. Don’t worry, you got about 24 hours. no rush.
